Questions
How do I pay for an ad?
On the page's booking link: choose a package and a time, upload your ad, and pay with M-Pesa, PayPal or crypto at checkout. You'll get an email with a link to follow your booking.
Do I need an account to book?
No. You book with your email address. If you want to see all your ads and any credit in one place, create a free account with the same email.
What if my ad isn't approved?
The page can ask for changes, and you can edit and resubmit. If it declines your ad or the post can't go up, the full amount becomes credit you can use on any page here. Credit is for bookings; it isn't paid out in cash.
What's in the report?
Where it ran, a link to the post, and the numbers the platform shares: reach, views, reactions, comments and shares on Facebook and Instagram. Link clicks come from our own tracked link, so you get them on Telegram too.
Which pages can be listed?
Facebook pages, Instagram business or creator accounts, and Telegram channels you run. You connect them so we can post the ads you approve.
When are page owners paid?
After the ad has stayed up for the time the package promises. We check the post is still there, then pay the earnings to the owner's M-Pesa number, less Vumisha's fee.
Are ads checked?
Yes. Every ad gets automatic checks on its links, picture and caption before it's posted. Anything the check flags goes to the page owner, and page owners can choose to approve every ad themselves. Some categories aren't accepted yet, such as betting and loans.
