Logging in and two-step login (2FA)
You log in with your email and password, or press "Email me a login link" on the login page to get a link that works for 15 minutes (it never skips two-step login). Confirm your email from the link we send: bookings and credit are matched to confirmed addresses only.
Two-step login is optional (required for admins). Turn it on under Security with an authenticator app, and keep the recovery codes it gives you: each works once if you lose your phone.
Forgot your password? Use "Forgot password" on the login page. A reset never skips two-step login.
We never send SMS codes, and we will never ask for your password, 2FA codes or M-Pesa PIN.
