Choosing which emails you get
Page owners and team members choose their emails under Notifications in the sidebar. For each kind of email (a new ad to review, review reminders, posting problems, earnings, payouts, ratings, team changes, plan reminders) pick one:
- Right away: an email each time (the default). Push notifications on the installed app follow this choice.
- Daily summary: gathered into one email each morning. Only for routine ones: earnings, ratings and team changes.
- Off: no email; you'll still see it on your dashboard.
Some emails always arrive: security ones (like a changed payout number), replies from our team on the Help desk, and emails about ads you booked yourself.
