Connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account
We set up each Facebook connection ourselves: on Channels, enter your Facebook profile and Page and press Request access. We'll email you the steps when you've been added. Telegram connects right away.
- Open Channels and press Connect with Facebook.
- Log in and allow access to the Pages you want to sell ads on.
- Instagram accounts linked to those Pages are offered too. They must be Business or Creator accounts.
Instagram not offered? In the Instagram app, switch to a professional account (Settings, Account type and tools), then link it to your Facebook Page (on the Page's settings, under Linked accounts). Then connect again. Menu names can differ a little between phones.
If no Pages show up, connect again and tick your Pages when Facebook asks. You must be an admin of the Page.
If a channel shows "Needs reconnecting", Facebook stopped our access (a password change, removed permission, or the access expired). Connect with Facebook again; your bookings stay as they are.
