Review an ad
By default you don't have to do anything: when an advertiser pays, our automatic check (rules and AI) looks at the ad, and if it finds nothing the ad is approved and posts by itself at its time. You get an email either way, and you can stop an approved ad before it posts (Cancel on the booking; the advertiser gets credit).
An ad waits for you instead when the check flags something or couldn't run, when you asked the advertiser for changes, or when you turned on "Review every ad before it posts" on Profile. It appears under Bookings as "Needs your review".
- Approve: it posts by itself at the slot time.
- Ask for changes: the advertiser edits the ad and it comes back to you.
- Decline: give a reason. The advertiser gets credit.
The review screen shows what the check noticed. It only approves ads it found nothing wrong with, and never declines for you.
Decide before the slot time. If nobody decides, the advertiser gets credit, unless you chose on Profile to approve automatically (never for ads the check rated high risk). You can cancel an approved ad before it posts; the advertiser gets credit.
