Set up your rate card
Each package on Rate card has:
- a price;
- placements: Facebook post or story, Instagram post, story or reel, Telegram post (with optional auto-delete);
- slot times and how many ads a day;
- the notice you need before a slot;
- how long the post must stay up ("stays up for"). You're paid after that time.
Advertisers can only book packages that are active, on channels that are connected. If any account in a package is disconnected or needs reconnecting, the package comes off sale until it's back; your Rate card says which. Each package on your booking page shows the pages it posts on, with their follower counts and links to them, so advertisers can look first.
Choose the kinds of ad you take under "Ads you accept" on Profile: turn off any you don't want. Betting, loans and crypto, alcohol and political ads stay off unless you turn them on, and you review each of those ads yourself: they never post by themselves. These ads have their own laws and platform rules, so check the advertiser holds any licence the ad needs before you approve it. We advise you on the review screen, but the decision is yours. Advertisers can't choose what's off on your page. If one is booked under another category, our check holds it for your review, and it never posts by itself. Decline it and the advertiser gets their money back as credit.
To remove a package, press Delete on it in your Rate card, then confirm. If it has bookings, they stay on record and ads already booked still post. To stop selling it for a while, turn off "Show on my booking page" instead.
Not sure what to charge? Open a package and press "Work out a price".
- From your reach: the people a post usually reaches, divided by 1,000, times what you charge per 1,000 people. We fill in the reach from your last 90 days of posts where Meta shares it. For Telegram, and accounts without enough recent posts, enter your own number.
- From how it's selling: after 14 days at a price, if at least 80% of slots sold we suggest 15% more; if 10% or fewer sold we suggest 10% less.
These are suggestions: your price changes only when you press the button, and ads already booked keep their price.
To make your booking page stand out, add up to 6 photos on Profile: your best posts or past ads, and only pictures you have the right to use. The first three fill the top of the page; advertisers can see the rest with "Show all photos". Without photos, your cover is shown there.
Anyone can see your follower counts. Your analytics show after a free login, or through your media kit link. Your booking page also shows advertisers your analytics, updated daily: audience, reach, views and engagement over the last 28 days (reach is how many different people saw your posts; views counts every time they were seen), your Instagram audience (countries, cities, ages, gender, if the account has 100 followers or more) and how ads did here. Telegram doesn't share views, so it shows subscribers only. To hide them, turn off "Show my analytics to advertisers" on Profile.
You can also show your last three posts from Facebook and Instagram. On Profile, under "Latest posts on your page", turn on the accounts you want; they're off until you do. They update daily and link to the real posts. Telegram can't share past posts, so Telegram channels aren't offered.
